Lactose-Free Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

A classic combination, in drink form!

Makes 1 serving


1 banana, chopped

1 cup lactose-free milk or fortified soy milk 250 mL

2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 25 mL

In a blender, purée banana, milk and peanut butter. Pour into a glass and serve.
