Alison Kent is an avid food writer, recipe developer, cookbook author and Red Seal-certified chef. With more than 15 years experience at many acclaimed Toronto restaurants and test kitchens, Alison also enjoys food styling, photography, travel writing and is enthusiastic about all things gastronomically-related.

Alison is currently Special Publications Food Editor with Canadian Living Magazine and lives in Toronto, Ontario.
