Alison Lewis is a nationally known recipe developer, food and travel journalist and photographer and speaker. She is the owner of Ingredients, Inc., a media consulting firm, and her food, travel and health blog, www.ingredientsinc.net, is widely popular.
Previously, Alison was an editor on the food staff at Southern Living Magazine and Oxmoor House Books after completing degrees in Marketing, Advertising and Nutrition. She attended culinary classes at The Culinary Institute in New York and Greystone and The Institute of Culinary Education in New York. A mother of three children and avid runner and photographer, Alison enjoys yoga and spending time with her family in her free time.
