Bev Callaghan

Bev Callaghan BSc. RD, worked as a dietitian in hospitals and the food service industry before starting up her own food consulting business. She has worked as a media spokesperson and writer for several large food companies. Bev is an experienced recipe developer and menu planner. She is often asked to give food and nutrition/cooking demonstrations to a variety of different interest groups.

Currently Bev is surviving supper and providing balanced meals for a family of five. Bev graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at Victoria Hospital Corporation in London, Ontario. Bev has a certificate in Cordon Bleu Cooking from the Beverly Burge School of Cooking in Toronto. Bev loves to cook and is always experimenting with new recipe ideas.
