Camilla Saulsbury

Camilla Saulsbury is a food writer, recipe developer, cooking instructor, and fitness trainer. Camilla has been featured on the Food Network, in the New York Times, on Today and QVC, and is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Her work has appeared in such magazines as Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, Cooking Light, Woman’s Day, Cosmo Girl, Quick & Simple, Country Woman, Sunset, Cook’s Country, and Vegetarian Times. Camilla has won several US top cooking competitions, including the $100,000 National Chicken Cook-Off, the $50,000 Build a Better Burger Contest, and the Food Network’s $25,000 Ultimate Recipe Showdown (Cookies Episode).

Camilla’s interest in food is also academic. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Indiana University with a specialization in food studies. She is also a personal fitness trainer holding certifications in both personal training and fitness instruction through the American Council on Exercise and is a STOTT® certified pilates instructor. Camilla incorporates her love for good food into all her programs and classes. She lives in Texas.
