Igor Brotto

Originally from the Veneto region, Chef Igor Brotto completed his chef training in 1989. He has worked in recognized institutions in Italy, England and Germany, settling in Montreal in 1994.

Igor has taught at Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec since 1998. Co-author of Parmigiano Reggiano, he is interested now in the cultural side of food, agriculture and responsible and sustainable animal husbandry.
