Jill Hillhouse

Jill is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. She earned her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (BPHE) at Queen’s University and is certified by the Hans Selye Foundation and The Canadian Institute of Stress as a Stress and Wellness Consultant. Jill is registered with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners as a Registered Nutrition Therapist.

Jill is a passionate advocate of nutrition education and whole foods eating. Her approach to functional nutrition focuses on each person’s metabolic individuality which is at the heart of her integrative nutrition and lifestyle coaching. A strong voice for self-advocacy, Jill encourages and empowers people to be active participants in their own health care. Working as a Registered Nutritionist since 2001, Jill is the Nutritionist at P3 Health Clinic, the Nutrition Director for KUR Health and a Trusted Advisor for Zwell.

Jill is also a nutrition and lifestyle writer who has authored many articles for publications including alive magazine, blikki.com, zwell.ca, naturallysaavy.com, among others. Jill has been a faculty member of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition since 2005. Jill resides in Toronto, ON.

Paleo Diabetes is Jill’s third title with Robert Rose Inc. The Best Baby Food was Jill’s second book. Easy Gourmet Baby Food was her first.
