Lynn Roblin MSc. RD, worked as a public health nutritionist prior to starting her freelance nutrition consulting business. She has served Dietitians of Canada, Health Canada, Ontario Ministries of Health, Health Promotion, Education and Agriculture and Food, National Institute of Nutrition, Canadian Health Network and a variety of food marketing boards and food companies.
Lynn has produced many consumer and professional nutrition education resources and websites and was a regular nutrition columnist for the Toronto Star. She has served as a consultant for Health Canada on Canada’s Food Guide and supporting resources in 1992 and 2007. Lynn graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition and a Master of Science in Human Kinetics. Lynn is currently managing meals for a family of six. She is always looking for ways to help her family and others adopt a healthier lifestyle.
