Their recipes appear regularly in the column, "Eating for Life" in The Kansas City Star, a James Beard award-winning publication. This column, which showcases tasty, quick, easy and yet healthy recipes families will enjoy, is a very popular McClatchy wire feature that appears in newspapers nationally.

They are repeat teachers at numerous, sold-out cooking classes and. appear regularly on television and radio. Both are members of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Les Dames d' Escoffier, an international association of women of high achievement in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. Both are experienced test kitchen home economists and hold BS degrees in Home Economics or Foods and Nutrition.
