SÉBASTIEN BUREAU is a food scientist and president of MannaNova. With a background in molecular and plant biology. He started his career as head of Research and Development at Rise kombucha. He's the kind of guy who'll "accidentally" buy 150 pounds of fresh olives at the market, and just happens to have 6 beehives, because "how else can I get the best honey?" And whose favorite place is being lost in the forest. When he’s not hidden away in his laboratory, he works with communities and businesses across the world with sustainable food development. Sébastien resides in Quebec.
