Theresa Santandrea-Cull

Theresa Santandrea-Cull teaches gluten-free baking and has first hand experience at dealing with gluten sensitivity. Theresa became a 'gluten-free guru' when she discovered her children were gluten-intolerant. Not really sure where to turn, Theresa began to write and create gluten-free recipes, meals and snacks for her family on her own, which lead to public cooking demos and co-writing her own cookbook. Theresa is a member of the Canadian Celiac Association and the Women's Culinary Network. She lives in southern Ontario.
