Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | pear nectar or apple juice | 125 mL |
| 3 | pears, quartered | 3 |
| 1/4 cup | crumbled blue cheese | 50 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | rice vinegar | 2 mL |
| 1 tsp | chopped fresh tarragon or basil | 5 mL |
Instructions
- In a blender, combine pear nectar, pears, cheese, vinegar and tarragon. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable speed blender) until smooth.
