|3⁄4 cup||whipping (35%) cream||175 mL|
|1 cup||semisweet chocolate chips||250 mL|
|2 tbsp||liqueur such as hazelnut or Galliano||25 mL|
|Suggested Dipping Items|
|Cubes of loaf or pound cake|
- Ceramic fondue pot or medium ceramic dish
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream and chocolate chips. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is shiny and almost melted. Stir until smooth.
- Whisk liqueur into chocolate mixture.Transfer to fondue pot.
- Arrange dipping items on a platter and serve.
