Ingredients Makes 2
1 | egg white (or 2 tbsp/25 mL pasteurized liquid egg white) | 1 |
1 cup | cranberry cocktail | 250 mL |
1/4 cup | raspberry cordial | 50 mL |
2 tsp | confectioner’s (icing) sugar | 10 mL |
Instructions
- In blender, on high speed, blend egg white, cranberry cocktail, raspberry cordial and sugar until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into 2 flutes.
This recipe contains a raw egg white. If the food safety of raw eggs is a concern for you, use the pasteurized egg white instead.
