Power Smoothie

To drink chilled, use frozen fruits or replace some of the water with ice cubes. The perfect busy morning breakfast!

Ingredients Makes 2 portions

1⁄4 cup coconut butter 60 mL
2 tbsp hemp protein 30 mL
2 tsp maca powder 10 mL
11⁄2 tbsp goji berries 22 mL
11⁄2 tbsp mulberries 22 mL
11⁄2 tbsp dried chia seeds 22 mL
1 tbsp mesquite powder 15 mL
2 peeled oranges 2
11⁄2 bananas 11⁄2
water, divided


  • Preparation: 5 minutes
  • Equipment: Blender
  1. In blender, combine all ingredients and half the water and blend into a thick, uniform paste.
  2. Add remaining water and blend into a smoothie.
Keeps 2 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
