Raspberry, Beet and Mint Protein Smoothie

This rockin’ red smoothie is loaded with beets, berries and protein for a great way to start your day on a high note. With protein, calcium, flavonoids, fiber, magnesium, betaine and carotenoids, this smoothie promotes healthy bones, heart and gut health and weight management.

Ingredients Makes 1 serving

1 small beet, peeled and halved 1
1 cup raspberries 250 mL
3⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt 175 mL
3 tbsp goji berries 45 mL
3 mint leaves 3
Unsweetened hemp milk


  • Tall cup
  1. Add beet, raspberries, yogurt, goji berries and mint leaves to the tall cup. Add hemp milk to the “Max Line.” Twist the extractor blade onto the cup to seal. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
