Tiffany Collins

Chef Tiffany Collins, culinary director for the Texas Beef Council, is a nationally recognized culinary professional and a food, entertaining and fitness spokesperson. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Fox News Edge, HGTV, Home Shopping Network, the E! Entertainment network, and currently works with the nationally syndicated show, Daytime TV, as a lifestyle consultant. Her previous book, 200 Best Panini Recipes, has sold more than 100,000 copies.

Tiffany received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University in family studies and consumer science in 1987. She later studied culinary arts in 1993 at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, S.C. She combines her appreciation for cooking in fitness by also serving as a nationally certified instructor for aerobics, kick-box aerobics, spinning and yoga. Tiffany also is a certified personal trainer. “My appreciation for cooking, entertaining and fitness fits perfectly with my position with the Texas beef industry to provide consumers with messages on nutrition, convenience and innovation,” Tiffany said. “Beef is the one food that meets all those criteria time and again.” She lives in Austin, Texas.
